Terms of Service
This page, along with the documents referenced within it, outlines the terms and conditions under which we sell any products (referred to as “Products” “Garment” “Outfit”) listed on our website.
We recommend printing a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference.
Please note that your attention is specifically drawn to clauses 9 and 11.
If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please refrain from using this website.
1. Service Availability
We ship worldwide; however, certain restrictions may apply regarding orders from specific countries.
2. Your Status
By placing an order with us, you confirm that: You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts. You are at least 16 years old. You are a resident of one of the serviced countries.
3. Contract Between You and Us
Upon the receipt of your payment / deposit you enter a contract and agree to all Cedar Adin policies available here, online, and verbally given
When you place an order, we will send you a message acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not constitute acceptance of your order. Your order is an offer to purchase a product. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us.
We will not process your order until eighty five percent (85%) deposit payment has been received for made-to-order items, as per the terms outlined
Once your order is processed or dispatched, changes cannot be made.
We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason. It is your responsibility to provide accurate details when making a purchase and inform us promptly if any changes are necessary.
4. Consultation and Order Process
Following your consultation with a member of our design team, we will present you with a sketch if needed, for you to approve the design brief for production. Once you have selected the garment style, fabric, color, body measurements (taken by us or virtually or provided by you), and any other relevant details, we can proceed with processing your order. As most garments are made to order, a full payment or a non-refundable deposit of eighty-five percent of the total cost is required before production can commence. Please note that all the aforementioned items are necessary when placing a custom order.
5. Fittings
We recommend that clients schedule two fittings at different stages of production, as achieving a perfect fit is central to our mission. For clients who are located abroad or prefer not to attend fittings in person, we can ship the garment to your location, and you can return it to us for fit adjustments. Please note that the cost of shipping will be the client's responsibility except stated otherwise. Cedar Adin cannot be held accountable for any fit discrepancies if you choose to forgo your fittings.
6.Alterations
Post delivery alteration: Cedar Adin does not provide alteration services once a garment has been produced and packed for pickup or delivery, or if it has left our production facility. However if the necessary alteration is limited to the fit of the dress and does not significantly change the original design, the client may return the item for adjustment at no additional cost; nevertheless, the client is responsible for shipping expenses except stated otherwise by Cedar Adin
In-House Alterations: Simple fit alterations are performed during the scheduled fitting sessions for clients who have placed an order for a made-to-order outfit.
Design Changes After Finalization: If a client wishes to modify the dress after the design has been finalized, any additional changes will incur charges, which will be determined at Cedar Adin’s discretion. These changes may include, but are not limited to:
Alterations to the style or design.
Modifications beyond simple fitting adjustments.
Significant Alterations: Major redesigns or adjustments that deviate from the originally agreed-upon design will also be subject to additional costs. The charges will depend on the scope and complexity of the requested alterations
Third-Party Alterations: Once an outfit we made has been altered by a third party (i.e., not Cedar Adin), it cannot be returned or further amended by Cedar Adin. Any modifications made by another party voids the ability to request additional changes
7. Price and Payment
The price of the Products will be as shown on the website or otherwise communicated to you
during the consultation phase. Payment is only considered complete once we receive cleared funds for the full amount stated in your order.
Payment must be made by credit or debit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal. Prices are subject to change, but this will not affect orders already placed.
Only one promotional code can be used per order.
8. Returns and Refunds Policy

9. Our Liability
In the event of non-delivery, damaged products, or incorrect items, our responsibility will be to replace or repair the affected product
We reserve the right to request evidence of defects (e.g., photos). Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the Products in question. This does not affect your statutory rights.
10. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights related to our products belong to us.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Cedar Adin, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims or damages that arise from your breach of these terms or violation of any rights, including intellectual property rights.
12. Import Duty
If you order products for delivery, import duties and taxes may apply. You are responsible for these charges. Please check with your local customs office before placing an order.
13. Written Communications
You accept that communication with us will primarily be electronic. We will contact you via email, messaging platforms including WhatsApp or post notices on our website. This electronic communication complies with legal requirements for written communications.
14. Notices
All notices to us must be sent to service@cedaradin.com or via WhatsApp. We may give notice to you via, WhatsApp, email or post.
15. Transfer of Rights and Obligations
The Contract between us is binding on both parties. You may not transfer your rights or obligations without our written consent. We may transfer our rights and obligations at any
time.
16. Events Outside Our Control
We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, industrial action, pandemics). In such cases, performance of our obligations will be suspended.
17. Waiver
Failure to enforce any of our rights under these terms does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
18. Severability
If any provision of these terms is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
19. Entire Agreement
These terms, along with any documents referred to within them, constitute the entire agreement between us regarding your purchase.
20. Our Right to Vary These Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions to reflect changes in laws, payment methods, or business practices. You will be subject to the terms in effect at the time of your order unless changes are required by law.
21. Third-Party Content
By sending photos to us or mentioning Cedar Adin, you agree to grant Cedar Adin and its affiliates a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, and non-exclusive right to use, display, reproduce, distribute, and modify any content (including videos, photos, and other media) you post on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and others. This includes your social media handle, profile picture, caption, and any location information provided with the content (“User Content”) for marketing or advertising purposes. You agree that Cedar Adin may use your User Content on its webpages, social media pages, and in promotional emails, advertisements, and other marketing materials. The content may be combined with other materials, edited for clarity, and used without any obligation to you. You represent and warrant that:
1. You own all rights to your User Content.
2. You have the necessary permissions or licenses for any third-party content or
individuals included in your User Content.
3. You are not a minor.
4. The use of your User Content does not infringe on any third-party rights, including
copyright, trademark, or privacy rights.
You release Cedar Adin and its affiliates from any claims or liabilities arising from the use of
your User Content. Cedar Adin reserves the right to remove any User Content at its
discretion.
The User Content you submit is considered non-confidential, and Cedar Adin has no
obligation to maintain confidentiality except as provided under its Privacy Policy. Any
personal information provided will be handled according to applicable data protection laws.
