Returns And Refunds Policy

Most garments we make are made to order, except stated otherwise(being ready-to-wear) and therefore, we do not accept exchanges or returns. All sales are final. Any concerns or issues must be communicated during the initial fittings of the garment's production. Upon receipt of your payment or deposit, you enter into a binding contract. Please ensure you are completely satisfied with the design brief before we proceed to production, as we cannot accommodate requests for design changes or accept returns based solely on a change of mind or concerns about fit, particularly after our team has provided guidance based on years of experience.

Please note that returns on sale items in the Ready-To-Wear collection, or from our Vault Section are not accepted.

If you encounter any physical issues with your garment, please reach out to us for resolution. Additionally, if your event is cancelled, the full amount for the garment remains due as outlined in the invoice, which also states no refunds.

Items abandoned for more than 3 months will be donated to charity.

For international orders, import duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
